This is a portfolio about the 8 domains of Transitions for Special Education. I will provide course projects and examples from my professional career as artifacts to demonstrate mastery of these competencies. Using the knowledge from University of Kansas' Masters in Transitions, I have developed a plan for improving Transitions outcomes and program implementations for my district in Kansas City, MO.
